RegentFlint.com FTP
One of the services we provide at Regent Broadcasting of Flint is our FTP site. “FTP” stands for “File Transfer Protocol” and is a way to transfer files from one place to another. By using FTP our clients can retrieve production we have done for them or send to us production they have had done elsewhere without using e-mail which can have size restrictions and slow down e-mail systems. In order to protect the work product of our production department and our clients we require a user name and password, we do not support anonymous users. Once logged into the FTP Site you will only be able to access your assigned folder. To get your user name and password please e-mail our FTP Site Administrator. In the e-mail please include your name, your business name, a valid e-mail address and phone number and the name of the Account Executive you deal with at Regent Broadcasting of Flint. After you have been approved for FTP access an e-mail will be sent to the address that requested the user name with your assigned username and password information as well as instructions for accessing the FTP site. Although you can use Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer to view FTP sites we recommend using an FTP client, such as FileZilla. We have a version of FileZilla available for download by clicking here, for the most recent version of FileZilla or for more information on the program please click here. | |
